Some people say it is more important to plant trees in the open spaces in towns and cities than to build more housing. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is contentious topic wheather to plant greenery in the unoccupied urban areas or to build more residential places. I completely agree with the former view of the statement because trees contribute to clear air pollution and also helps to reduce global warming. This essay intends to discuss my opinion and these benefits.

To begin with, planting more trees plays an vital role to decrease air pollution. Trees provide us pure oxygen. Researchers has proven that 100 trees can remove tonnes of carbon dioxide annually. Trees also cut down the noise of busy cities which reduces the noise pollution. Growing more trees in an open areas make city looks beautiful and attractive. Furthermore, trees also help people during any natural disaster. Take uttarkhand flood case as an example, last year due to heavy rain uttarakhand one of the States of India faced flood, but this is a very green place and more trees are planted there; therefore these trees give cover to the residents owing to that no one got injured.

In addition to it, greenery also helps to decline Gobal warming. Due to the excessive use of machines, vehicals , fosil fuel, coil etc. our globle is becoming warm day by day. The use of this fuels is polluting air due to that Earth is becoming more hotter. In this case, planting more trees instead of building more Houses is the only solution to reduce the global warming. For instance, one of the States of India named as Chandigarh is full of greenery and it is found by some researchers that this is one of the coolest State of India .

To conclude, I completely agree that planting trees instead of building more Houses is very important because it is not only improve air quality but also helps to reduce global warming.

*In some countries owning a home rather than renting one is considered very important. Why might this be the case? Is this a positive or negative development?*

There is no denying fact that the phenomenon of having a personal house instead of paid one plays an instrumental role among individuals due to its various spot-on benefits. The majority of the public similarly reckon on the uniform line of the statement. In my succeeding paragraphs, not only the reasons behind this mentality but also its optimistic outcomes will be discussed as follows.

Initiating with the reasons, the first school of thought is that people are worried about their meticulous social status. Despite having nice moral virtues yet society has judged a person according to this financial situation. As consequence, the majority of society's people don't like to live in rented homes. Furthermore, despite living under the control of anyone yet there is one trend that having your own house is a pretty crucial thing among individuals in a few countries.

Seeing these reasons with a brighter mind, many outstanding changes occur after applying this thought process. Likewise, a lot of money has been saved by the people not paying monthly rental fees. Moreover, although living under pressure comes from the owner of the house, the individuals are becoming stress-free and long-living. Scientists and modern economists also ponder as same as above.

To recapitulate the aforementioned few reasons for personal housing and measurable positive changes, even though the given case might also have demerits yet the merits of applying this mindset are playing a pushover role in many major countries
